Dear friends of tea culture, zen and cryptoanarchy!
After
the long domination of the bitcoin-coffee monoculture, we have decided
to join forces on the path to private transactions and greater inner
peace. We're launching Monero Tea, which will allow you to pay for premium Asian teas with anonymous cryptocurrency directly in Paralelní Polis.
However,
starting up a tea shop isn't easy. We already have the brave pioneers,
but we also need a supply of quality teas and the appropriate equipment.
So
feel free to support Paralelní Polis and collect your reward this
weekend at MoneroKon, where Monero Tea will have its first premiere. All of this effort is made by local volunteers who love tea and try to improve Paralelní Polis by spreading the tea love.
Donate and reward yourself with a cup of premium tea
Teas such as longjing, sencha, matcha, hojicha and many other premium Japanese and Chinese teas will be available at our booth. Donate to support tea culture in Paralelní Polis and come to pick up your reward.
Donors contributing at least 3 USD can look forward to 2 cups (2x 70 ml) of
any tea for free, contributors from 5 USD will receive a whole
fresh pot of kyusu (360 ml) for free.
We
haven't forgotten about the generous donors (over 100 USD), each
of whom can join us for a tea ritual with matcha directly on MoneroKon.
Special prizes
If you are truly dedicated to (Monero) tea culture, we have prepared some very special prizes for our most generous contributors. All of these items are unique craft designs that can help to improve collection of any tea lover. Special prizes items were donated by Tair, a local community member looking for your help to bring Monero Tea to life.
The raffle draw will be done using Catropy on Sunday after 2PM, make sure to donate before then to get in.
For donation over 150 USD, we will award you with a (truly) private tea ceremony with our local tea master during the MoneroKon or after. Also, you get your ticket to a raffle where you can win a
Japanese tea set with a teapot, two cups and tea sea walnut wood serving tray.
Donating 300 USD and more will get you an exclusive ceremony which is longer and offers our most premium tea. Plus you will be added to a raffle with a chance to win a unique Chinese clay tea set - teapot with a cup.
Finally, for the most dedicated donors who are able to contribute over 750 USD, we have prepared yet another exclusive tea ceremony plus a lovely tea gift. For this amount, you are added to a raffle for our most precious item - a rare opium pipe in Japanese style.
